While all of our British fish are delicious, it's difficult to top dover sole cooked in butter in a pan. With so much flavour packed into meat, you don't need to complicate it with 1000 ingredients. Just butter (with a bit of oil to stop it burning), salt, perpper, and a bit of garlic and you're on your way
